To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and compliant marketplace, certain items are not permitted to be listed or sold on Vendaras. Listings that violate this policy may be removed, and accounts may be restricted or suspended.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all items listed comply with applicable laws and Vendaras policies.
🚫 Prohibited Items on Vendaras
1. Used Intimate Apparel & Personal Hygiene Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are not allowed:
- Used underwear or panties
- Used socks or hosiery
- Counterfeit Items
Note:
New items in original, sealed packaging may be allowed where applicable.
2. Counterfeit or Replica Items
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Fake designer goods
- Replica handbags, shoes, or accessories
- Knockoff brand-name items
- Items using brand logos without authorization
- Items misrepresented as authentic

3. Illegal, Stolen, or Unauthorized Items
Items that are illegal or improperly obtained are not allowed, including:
- Stolen property
- Items obtained through fraud
- Items requiring licenses or permits without proper documentation
- Items that violate local, state, or federal laws
4. Hazardous or Dangerous Materials
The following items are not permitted:
- Explosives or fireworks
- Flammable liquids or fuels
- Chemicals or toxic substances
- Pesticides or poisons
- Pressurized gas containers
- Items requiring hazardous shipping handling
5. Weapons and Weapon Accessories
The following are prohibited:
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Gun parts or accessories
- Knives intended for combat or self-defense
- Tasers or stun guns
- Pepper spray or mace
- Explosive devices
6. Adult Content or Sexually Explicit Items
The following items are not allowed:
- Sex toys or adult devices

Unless specifically approved by Vendaras, the following are not allowed:

- Perishable foods
- Opened food or beverage items
- Expired food products
- Refrigerated or frozen items
9. Digital or Non-Physical Items
Vendaras is a physical goods marketplace. The following are not permitted:
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Cryptocurrency-related items
- Online services
- Virtual goods
10. Recalled or Unsafe Products
The following items are prohibited:
- Recalled products
- Items missing safety labels
- Products that do not meet safety standards
- Damaged safety equipment
Seller Responsibility
Sellers agree to:
- List only items they legally own
- Provide accurate descriptions and photos
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Follow Vendaras marketplace policies
Vendaras reserves the right to:
- Remove prohibited listings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Refuse service for policy violations
Violations of this policy may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the Vendaras platform.
