Welcome to Vendaras. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which purchases made through the Vendaras marketplace may be eligible for a refund or return.
1. Marketplace Structure
Vendaras operates as a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. Each item listed on Vendaras is sold by an individual seller, not by Vendaras directly.
Due to the nature of discounted, secondhand, and independently listed items, all sales are considered final, except as outlined below.
2. All Sales Final
All purchases made on Vendaras are final. Returns, refunds or order cancellations are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Buyer changed their mind
- Item does not fit or suit personal preference
- Buyer does not like the style, color, or scent
- Buyer found the item elsewhere
- By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these terms.
3. Eligible Refunds
A refund request may be submitted if the item meets one of the following conditions:
- Item Not as Described: The item differs significantly from the seller’s description or photos
- Damaged Item: The item arrives damaged and the damage was not disclosed
- Counterfeit Item: The item is not authentic when listed as genuine
- Seller notes in their shop policies they accept returns and offers refunds.
- All claims are subject to review and approval by Vendaras.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, buyers must:
- Submit a request within 2 days of delivery to the seller
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue
- Allow Vendaras time to review the claim if the seller will not offer a refund
Failure to submit a request within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
5. Review & Resolution
Vendaras reserves the right to:
- Review all submitted evidence
- Request additional information from the buyer or seller
- Approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion
If a refund is approved:
- The transaction may be reversed
- Funds may be returned to the buyers wallet on Vendaras
- The seller may be required to accept the return of the item
6. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers on Vendaras are required to:
- Provide accurate descriptions of items
- Upload clear and honest photos
- Disclose any flaws, damage, or wear
- Represent items truthfully, including authenticity
Failure to meet these standards may result in:
- Refund approvals
- Account warnings or suspension
7. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for:
- Reviewing all listing details before purchase
- Asking questions prior to purchasing if clarification is needed
- Understanding that items are sold at discounted prices and may be pre-owned
8. Shipping & Return Logistics
If a return is required due to an approved claim:
- Vendaras will provide instructions for returning the item
- The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
- Buyer is responsbile for return shipping costs
- Failure to return the item as instructed may void the refund
9. Limitation of Liability
Vendaras is not responsible for disputes arising from:
- Minor differences in color, fit, or appearance
- Buyer expectations not aligned with the listing
- Issues not reported within the required timeframe
10. Policy Updates
Vendaras reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
