Vendaras is committed to maintaining a trustworthy marketplace where buyers can shop with confidence. All items listed for sale must be authentic, accurately described, and legally owned by the seller.
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that every item they list is genuine and not counterfeit, replica, or imitation.
What Is Considered Authentic
An authentic item is one that:
- Was produced by the original brand or manufacturer
- Is not a counterfeit, replica, or knockoff
- Has not been altered to misrepresent its brand or origin
- Is accurately described in the listing
- Matches the photos and condition stated by the seller
Items must be represented truthfully at all times.
Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on Vendaras:
- Counterfeit or fake branded items
- Replica or imitation designer goods
- Items with unauthorized logos or trademarks
- Altered items presented as authentic
- Items falsely labeled as brand-name products
- Items that intentionally mislead buyers about authenticity
Listings that violate this policy will be removed.
Seller Responsibilities
By listing items on Vendaras, sellers agree that:
- All items are authentic and legally obtained
- They have the legal right to sell the item
- The brand, condition, and details are accurately described
- Photos are clear and represent the actual item being sold
- They will provide proof of authenticity if requested
Sellers should keep receipts, certificates of authenticity, or other documentation when available.
Proof of Authenticity
Vendaras may request proof of authenticity for certain items, especially branded or high-value goods.
Acceptable proof may include:
- Original purchase receipts
- Certificates of authenticity
- Serial numbers or product codes
- Manufacturer documentation
- Original packaging or tags
Failure to provide proof when requested may result in listing removal or account action.
Buyer Protection and Authenticity
If a buyer receives an item that is determined to be counterfeit or not authentic, the buyer may be eligible for a refund under the Buyer Protection Policy.
Buyers are encouraged to report suspected counterfeit items promptly.
Enforcement Actions
Vendaras reserves the right to take action when this policy is violated, including:
- Removing listings
- Issuing warnings
- Temporarily suspending accounts
- Permanently banning users
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when necessary
Repeated violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.
