Vendaras respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of the platform to do the same. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the items they list and sell do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Intellectual property includes, but is not limited to:
- Trademarks
- Copyrights
- Patents
- Trade dress
- Logos and brand names
- Designer labels
- Product designs and images
Listing or selling items that violate intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
Counterfeit Items Are Not Allowed
Vendaras has a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit or replica items.
Counterfeit items include, but are not limited to:
- Fake designer handbags, clothing, shoes, or accessories
- Unauthorized copies of branded goods
- Items that imitate a brand’s logo, design, or packaging
- Replica, knockoff, or imitation products
- Items falsely claimed to be authentic
All items listed on Vendaras must be genuine and accurately represented.
Sellers must not use brand names, logos, or trademarks in a misleading way or to describe items that are not authentic.
Seller Responsibility
By listing items on Vendaras, sellers agree that:
- All items are authentic and legally owned
- They have the legal right to sell the item
- The listing does not violate any intellectual property rights
- The item description is truthful and accurate
- They will provide proof of authenticity if requested
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in enforcement action.
Reporting Intellectual Property Violations
If you believe that a listing on Vendaras infringes your intellectual property rights or involves counterfeit goods, you may report the issue to us.
Please include the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the intellectual property being infringed
- The URL or listing ID of the suspected item
- A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized
- Any supporting documentation, if available

Enforcement Actions
Vendaras reserves the right to take action against accounts that violate this policy, including:

- Suspending selling privileges
- Permanently banning accounts
- Reporting illegal activity to appropriate authorities when required
Repeated violations may result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
